Is Heather Webber (Alley Mills) still going to be in tow with their daughter, Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)? A whole lot of surprises are waiting for them on Spoon Island, and it starts with Mac Scorpio (John J. York), Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner), and Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West).

Felicia and Ava couldn’t believe their eyes when they opened the door to find Ryan staring them in their faces. They might feel pretty defenseless right now and goodness knows Ava had all the staff sent home. She’ll have to explain her reasons for that to the PCPD later, and she won’t likely cop to having planned to transport her husband’s dead body across the grounds. Lucky for her, Austin is within reach and he’s going to come to their aid when it’s needed most.

That being said, when Mac comes to after being found on the side of the road and knocked unconscious, he won’t have any idea who hit him over the head just after he realized Heather and Esme were on the loose. That’s when the PCPD will alert him to the fact that Ryan was the third inmate who escaped with the ladies that evening. He will race to find Felicia, and he and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) won’t hesitate getting to Spoon Island, but he won’t get there before Felicia is hurt.

When a woman goes into labor and an emergency crew just isn’t possible, leave it to Dr. Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) to be around at just the right time. This will ring impeccably true when Ryan is holding his two beauties hostage and his daughter goes into premature labor, likely brought on by the stress of her evening on the run with fugitive psychopathic killers.
Mac and Felicia knew Ryan may have been behind The Hook, but they never imagined he was on foot himself. Ryan’s jailbreak is going to lead to his capture for crimes he didn’t actually commit, and it may not be just about The Hook. Mac and Felicia will be left more perplexed than ever.
