Rocco has been an emotional wreck following the mayhem on the pier. After all the eavesdropping shockers Rocco faced, he ultimately grabbed Ross Cullum’s (Andrew Hawkes) gun and shot him to protect Jason Morgan (Steve Burton).
Of course, Cassius Faison aka “Nathan West” (Ryan Paevey) is doing everything in his power to make sure the truth never comes out. There may come a time when secretive Cassius demands Rocco’s silence in exchange.
GH Spoilers: Rocco Has A Knack For Eavesdropping
Since Rocco has a knack for eavesdropping, we could certainly imagine him listening in on a Cassius and Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) conversation that he wasn’t supposed to hear. Whether it’s in person or just Cassius’ end over the phone, Rocco could find out that he isn’t truly Nathan.
Rocco might figure out that Cassius has been posing as his twin brother from the moment he crashed his truck in Port Charles. It could leave Rocco freaking out over Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) dating a liar.
Rocco might be determined to tell Lulu what he’s learned, but Cassius could discover Rocco’s knowledge and new plan. That could lead to Cassius reminding Rocco that he’s been doing a lot to protect him.
Rocco could land in some awful WSB cell permanently or even face Cullum’s fatal revenge if his secret ever leaked. If Rocco threatens Cassius, perhaps Cassius will threaten him right back!
Cassius might argue that if Rocco doesn’t cover for him, then he won’t cover for Rocco. As much as it would pain Rocco to keep quiet and let Cassius keep duping Lulu, he may feel he has no choice.
General Hospital Spoilers: Rocco May Feel He Has No Choice
That’s particularly true if Cassius highlights the dangerous situation Lulu could end up in. If Rocco spills to Lulu about Cassius posing as Nathan, it could lead to Sidwell and Cullum going after her.
Cassius might insist that if Rocco just keeps any twin news to himself, then he can stay safe along with his mother. Otherwise, both Rocco and Lulu’s lives could be at stake.
Whatever the case, Rocco could face a major dilemma if he figures out “Nathan” is actually Cassius. If that happens, will Cassius force Rocco to keep a lid on his stunning secret?
