General Hospital Spoilers: Ric Is Summoned By Alexis After Molly’s Mental Health Breakdown At Baby’s Funeral
General Hospital (GH) spoilers suggest that both TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) are struggling with the passing of their baby, they are just handling it very differently.
While TJ is facing his grief head-on and trying to work on closure by packing up the nursery, picking a name for the baby, and organizing the funeral, Molly is avoiding this reality, throwing herself into work, and pushing TJ away.
Could bottling up her feelings cause her to crash at some point? Is this what brings her father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) back into the Port Charles picture?

GH spoilers imply there’s a good chance that the baby’s funeral will take place the week of August 12-16. While Molly has so far been successful in bottling up her emotions, could all her feelings explode once the funeral is underway? There’s a good chance she could have a mental health meltdown once the reality sets in that the baby she and TJ were planning for is never coming home.
Molly has always been so level-headed. If she does lose it during the funeral, this would be a cause for concern. Not only for TJ, but all of Molly’s loved ones.
GH Spoilers: Alexis Davis’ SOS To Ric Lansing
GH spoilers indicate that Ric is set to pop back in Port Charles the week of August 19-23. But what will bring him back to the little town? It’s easy to think that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) may grow extremely worried about Molly’s behavior in light of recent events. Alexis could feel as if her daughter not only needs the support system of those who live in PC but her father as well.
Ric will probably dive into other storylines on the show upon his arrival; however, the “reason” behind his return could be Molly and losing her baby. Not only will Molly grieve the loss of her daughter, but she’ll feel at odds about the entire situation of becoming a mom.
After all, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) becoming her surrogate was (or so she thought) her “last chance” at growing her family. As such, the death of the baby not only means no baby is coming home, but she could also believe that the hope of having a family with TJ is lost, too.
Can her father help her work through these emotions?
