General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) admits to Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) locked-in syndrome is her doing.
Everyone thinks that he had a stroke but in a preview for the week of April 13-17, Willow drops her bombshell.
In the clip Nina is looking at Drew in his wheelchair when Willow says “Drew didn’t have a stroke” and Nina says “What?”

Nina is stunned as Willow unburdens herself and excuses her behavior on Drew ruining her life and wanting to have custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
But did she have to turn him into a wheelchair jockey?
Drew & Willow at Odds
Drew was also in thick with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) who knew Willow shot Drew. It was Sidwell who provided her with the locked-in drug and now she must do his bidding in Congress.
Willow needs to give Drew the drug daily to keep him a semi-vegetable; who will do it when she needs to be in Washington?

It’s not like she can cart an inert Drew along everywhere she goes, someone needs to help her keep up with her macabre mayhem. Who can she trust to inject Drew?
Willow has shown that she’s willing to do anything for Willow so will she spill everything and hope Nina doesn’t turn on her?

We predict that Nina is gobsmacked by Willow’s confession–will she agree to drugging another human being into passivity or will she balk at the notion?
Nina is not a killer like Willow and she may draw the line at harming Drew, no matter the reason. After all, Nina was in a compromised state for many years and she may feel sympathy for Drew who is missing out on his life as she once did.

General Hospital spoilers tease that Willow’s request hits hard with Nina. Even if she agrees to drug Drew, she could forget a dose possibly allowing him to communicate his plight.
Or, Nina could accidentally administer too much medication resulting in tragedy.
