General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Joins The Vanna Caper

General Hospital spoilers reveal Anna and Valentin going full speed ahead with their plan to rescue Charlotte from Victor’s clutches.

General Hospital Spoilers: Nina Can Come In Handy

Now that Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) are an official pair and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has given them their blessing, Valentin is sure he can use Nina in a perfectly safe way to pull one over on Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) and gain access to Charlotte Cassadine.

While Anna is hesitant about getting another civilian involved with this mess, Valentin is insistent and decides to use Nina’s status as the new owner of the Metro Court to start their plan. So, now Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) and Nina will be in on this and it can only get funnier from there.

Nina Does Valentin’s Dirty Work

Valentin manages to convince Nina to get Victor to switch rooms at the Metro Court so that his new room is bugged and they can hear everything he is up to, which can lead them right to Charlotte. As Nina would do anything for her former stepdaughter, she is game for this.

According to James Patrick Stuart, that is where the hilarity ensues.

“That conversation if very funny because Cynthis is just a funny person and a funny actress,” Stuart said in the October 17, 2022, issue of Soap Opera Digest. “When Valentin gets her on the phone with Victor to explain why he needs to move his room, she turns into Goldie Hawn because she can’t figure out how to get off the phone.”

Valentin does his best to get her to hang up, and eventually, she does it after some very entertaining scenes. The question is — will this little plan work? Victor is clever after all and may search the room for bugs. Or perhaps he will just be too distracted thanks to the goings on over at Wyndemere where Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) continues to make matters go from bad to worse. This is one situation in which Nikolas being stupid may just help things.

But, in the end, it is all about Charlotte and rescuing her and it looks like Anna, Valentin, Lucy, and Nina are ready to go all in. Stay tuned to General Hospital weekdays to see how this story plays out.
