General Hospital Spoilers reveal Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) is soon going to discover she is not only Willow Tait’s (Katelyn MacMullen) birth mother, but her savior. This will leave Willow feeling a complicated mix of emotions, as it turns her stomach to think of giving Nina credit for doing the right thing or accepting a favor from her. Willow meant it when she said this won’t change the way she feels about Nina, but that doesn’t mean she’ll feel the same way once the procedure works and she’s free to go on with her life all because of her new-found mother. When Nina gets word that she’s a match for Willow, it will change everything.
General Hospital Spoilers — The Results Are In!
When the lab calls and lets Nina know her results have been returned, she won’t waste any time getting to the hospital. In fact, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will likely head there with her as she makes a mad dash for the door. Nina is going to be a suitable match for Willow, and she will rejoice in that moment knowing she will be able to save her daughter’s life. Meanwhile, Willow will be hearing this news at the same time, and her response could be a bit different. Willow had prepared herself for the worst and told herself Nina likely would not be a match. Hearing that she is will force Willow to consider that Nina may not be the person she thought she was. Still, she’s not going to let on to anyone else that her feelings might be changing just a smidge toward her birth mom.
General Hospital Updates – Willow Must Make a Tough Call
Although Willow is going to be thrilled about the news that Nina’s bone marrow is a match, she will then have to digest the other side of that coin. Getting a bone marrow donation means she first has to give birth. Time is of the essence, and Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) and Dr. Navarro (Christina Ferraro) may think it’s best for Willow to go ahead and be induced to give birth. All of this time, Willow has been focused on doing whatever she could to give her daughter the best shot possible at life. Knowing she could risk it to help save her own is going to be a difficult decision for Willow to make, but she’ll have to make it. Will she delay induction any longer before accepting Nina’s help?
A New Lease On Life
Willow is going to consent to the induction and give birth to her daughter. That baby may end up with a few hurdles she will need to jump over, but Willow’s health needs to take priority before things go too far and she can’t turn back. Rumor has it Willow and her baby are both going to have a new lease on life — and Nina just might, too. Willow is probably not going to embrace Nina right off the bat, but it’s not likely she will be comfortable with showing Nina the same disgust she has been for the last two years after she walks out of the hospital knowing she’s only going home because of Nina — her mother. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers just ahead.
