General Hospital spoilers report Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) had a real moment this past week as they spoke of what had transpired in their lives since their latest blow-out, as well as what happened to their friendship.
Ava was more transparent than Nina seemed to expect. Likewise, Nina was cordial and friendly when Ava knew she didn’t have to be.
Surprised by their continued affection for one another, the fans question why these two would be warming up to one another again. Can it be for any good reason at all?

It may take two for any relationship to truly fall apart, but Ava did a lot to help this one along. What was surprising for Nina was that Ava admitted to that.
Baring her soul and telling Nina she knew all of the things she messed up on and is regretful over it was a lot of sentimental emotion and apology from a woman who hardly ever shows either.

Ava was a bit too quick to confide in a woman who has essentially communicated she never wants to see her again for months now. But Nina is the one who showed up on Ava’s stoop.
She’s the one who wanted to know what really happened in that hotel room. She came asking questions and seemed to believe Ava right away when she insisted Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) fell by accident.
Fans caught on that Ava told Nina the truth about the luggage Kristina tripped over that she swapped out for shoes. Is this going to become a bigger part of the storyline?
Will Nina run to tell Sonny that Kristina’s tumble occurred because Special Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington) left his baggage in the way?
General Hospital Spoilers — Will Sonny Repay the Favor?
Sonny knows better than to trust Nina, and he wasn’t off his meds when he ended things with her before. Still, the two are on better terms now that Nina has sat down with him and agreed she would testify on his behalf in a custody case.
Why then was she at Ava’s gallery listening as Ava poured her heart out to her? Sonny could come to question if Nina doesn’t roll over on Ava all on her own.
Such questioning could be what pushes her to change her story and claim she was there to get the truth out of Ava and hand it over to him as his ally.
