General Hospital spoilers and updates tease that Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) will pay dearly for his few minutes of passion with Esmé Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl)! He’ll be paying to the tune of half of his fortune to Ava Cassadine (Maura West) in upcoming GH episodes!
General Hospital Spoilers – A Fresh Start Divorce?
Previous GH episodes revealed Nikolas had the crazy idea of a “fresh start divorce” – one where he and Ava would get divorced so they could remarry with a fresh start! It sounds more like Nikolas wants a fresh cleansing of his conscience for his naked romp with Esmé and he thinks this “fresh start divorce” will solve that problem! Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way, but the divorce is going forward anyway and Ava is going along with it, since Nikolas was able to convince her of it.
Esmé will find out about the divorce plans when she accidentally sees Ava and Nikolas meeting with Attorney Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) and eavesdrops. Of course, she’ll want to get Nikolas alone and ask him what’s going on, and he’ll tell her it’s a fresh start divorce and he and Ava are still together.
GH Spoilers – Esmé Prince’s Blackmail Scheme
Esmé just got her internship at Spring Ridge revoked by Dr. Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and she’s been banned from the facility after Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) tattled on her! She told Kevin about Esmé taking over the late Harmony Miller’s (Inga Cadranel) duties with Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom) at his GH visit.
Esmé blackmails Nikolas into using his influence and his contacts to override Kevin’s orders at Spring Ridge and to get her internship reinstated; he may own Spring Ridge. He bought Pentonville Prison when Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was incarcerated. If he doesn’t work to solve Esmé’s Kevin-caused problems, she’ll tell Ava everything and that makes Nikolas very nervous!
General Hospital Spoilers – Nikolas Cassadine Signs Over Half His Fortune To Ava Cassadine
Ava and Nikolas destroyed their post-nuptial contracts so he signs over half his fortune to Ava as part of the “fresh start divorce”. At this point, he has no reason to believe that Ava won’t go through with their remarriage so he’s not worried about it. Nikolas sees it as a sign of faith in their marriage and fully expects they will remarry.
The problem will come in when Ava inevitably finds out about Esmé’s and Nikolas’ tryst and she refuses to remarry him. He’ll be out half his fortune and there won’t be anything he can do about it!
GH Spoilers – Ava Cassadine Keeps Her Half Of The Cassadine Fortune And Marries Victor Cassadine
Ava keeps her half of the Cassadine fortune and soon after marries Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy)! Whether it’s for love or to keep the Cassadine patriarch from being deported is a question, but she’ll have half of Nikolas’ fortune, plus Victor’s from her marriage to him. Best of all, she’ll have revenge for Nikolas cheating with a girl half his age by marrying a Cassadine old enough to be her grandfather! That’s what you call out-Cassadining a Cassadine, and out-Cassadining Ava will come out on top as the winner while Nikolas grovels in grief and tries to recover!

I wish the writers would stop calling it a "naked romp", that sounds ambiguous call it what it is Nick had sex with his son's teenage girlfriend. This is why I no longer watch
