General Hospital spoilers for the week of September 23 reveal that Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure) tries to pull Carly closer. Later, Carly meets with Sonny to strategize.
Meanwhile, Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) tries to guide TJ Ashford (TJ Ashford). TJ will also open up to Stella Henry (Vernee Watson).
Also, Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) butts heads with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). Back over with Sonny, he has a heart-to-heart with Kristina Corinthos–Davis (Kate Mansi). Sonny likely reassures Kristina that Alexis will get out of this mess.
As for Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper), she continues bonding with Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson). Elsewhere, Sam goes after Carly.
Over in Africa, Lucky gets a crushing blow, which is probably about Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins). However, it is also teased that Holly will play the hero.
