Anna Devane’s Torment
Before starting on the 2-weekers, let’s discuss what is coming up from January 19 to 23, 2026. For one thing, Anna is still stuck in captivity, but things have taken a dark turn. Anna thought she was getting treatment from Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). However, it wasn’t actually the doctor. Next, the woman will have to deal with hearing Cesar Faison’s (Ander Hoves) voice.
Anna is going to become paranoid and delusional.
Sonny Corinthos’ Vow
Over with Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson), he will be worried about being put on trial next. Willow Tait Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) was found not guilty, which means the police will be looking for the next suspect.
Sonny makes a promise to Michael that he’s not going to allow him to go to prison.
As for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), she demands that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) keep his part of the deal.
Later in the week, Michael has an encounter with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard). That’s not all, though. Chase will also have to deal with a warning about prison from Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor).
Back to Sonny, he finds a way to manipulate Ava this week.
Britt Westbourne’s Breakup
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) are getting closer. The two have gone on two dates now. However, Britt will get an order to stop the romance before Jason gets too close to the truth.
It sounds like Britt follows orders as Jason gets very suspicious.
Devastating Death
At the hospital, Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) and Elizabeth “Liz” Baldwin (Rebecca Budig) jump into action. However, Lucas has to deliver devastating news later on. It sounds like the patient might die, but who is it?
Next 2 Weeks
General Hospital spoilers for the week of January 26 reveal that Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) could face some new challenges.
Jason will try to find out the truth behind Britt’s decision. However, she will try to push him away for his own safety.
