General Hospital spoilers report Ned Quatermaine (Wally Kurth) is back to his old senses and trying to piece together the memories he has recalled from just before his spill at the Metro Court pool.
Realizing he knows what Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) did was illuminating for him, but Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) just might get her way in requesting that he keep his lips zipped to protect her bestie’s family during this time.
Just how far can this get postponed — through the holiday season? What might it mean for ELQ and Ned’s own family relationships during that time as everyone around him continues to suspect he was the tattling rat?
General Hospital Spoilers — Michael and Drew are Conspiring
Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is thrilled to have Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) back on the right side of the prison walls. Of course, Drew has hit the ground running and wants to do whatever they can to capitalize on Ned’s latest weakness — being Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth — to regain control of ELQ.
Little do they know, he’s no longer Eddie, but that doesn’t mean Ned can’t make his plight work to his advantage to dupe Michael and Drew. That may mean pretending he’s Eddie for a while longer, which could force him to keep Nina’s secret even if he doesn’t want to.
GH Spoilers Spill Carly is Questioning Nina’s Generosity
Carly can’t believe Nina offered to let her buy back her half of the Metro Court Hotel. It’s completely out of character for Nina, and it didn’t seem as though Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) was unwilling to consider that when Carly brought it straight to his attention. Now, he’s going to be pressing Nina for an explanation that makes sense.
As she drags this out in hopes of keeping the truth under wraps, she may be sealing her fate. When Sonny eventually finds out what his new bride has done, he’s not going to take kindly to her having every opportunity to come clean and still deciding not to.
General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Targets His Anger at Ned
Rumor has it that when the truth comes out, Sonny is going to be angrier with Ned than he is with Nina. Make it make sense, right? Sonny has softened since his hiatus in Nixon Falls — that’s for sure.
He’s not the same ruthless man he once was. He gives second chances, and sometimes third and fourth ones. If Nina is to get yet another pass from him, it may be that Sonny redirects his anger at Ned when he learns he’s not Eddie anymore.
He could have piped up right away and didn’t. Is it really his fault any more than it is Nina’s? Can Sonny or anyone else hold it against him that he kept the truth to himself just to help his own situation with ELQ? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this shakes out.
