General Hospital spoilers leak there has been considerable gossip about Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) sharing a secret from the past — and whether or not that secret is a baby they gave up for adoption.
Rumor has it Ned is going to vent his frustrations to Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) soon. Could those frustrations stem from concerns about Brook Lynn starting a family with Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard)?
If so, he may find himself in good company with Lois, who appeared just as shaken up by Brook Lynn’s desire to jump into motherhood with Chase.
Are they both concerned that pregnancy could catapult her back to such a painful time in her life when she had to say goodbye to her child?

We were already suspicious that something was going on with Brook Lynn. She’s been hesitant to talk to Chase about her feelings — and her past. But she wasn’t so standoffish with Dante about it.
The two of them seemed to know exactly what the other was signaling without saying it out loud. A secret no one — including Chase — can find out about?

If Lois and Ned are concerned that Brook Lynn might find herself pregnant and remembering what this was like before, they’re concerns aren’t unfounded. It’s not a topic they seem to talk about much.
If Brook Lynn had Dante’s child all those years ago, then they did a darn good job of keeping it a secret. Now, she may feel inclined to share the truth with Chase.
If she can do that, she just might find herself wanting to be transparent with everyone in her life and really own the experience. But will that bring up too many questions about what happened to the baby and where he or she is now?
General Hospital Spoilers — Dante Doesn’t Want to Know
Ned could confide in Lois merely because he can’t open up about his concerns to Olivia — not without stirring up some drama anyway. If this is a secret that Dante wants to stay buried, then it stands to reason that Olivia supports him in that.
Learning that Ned and Lois are worried that Brook Lynn might let the cat out of the bag would only cause Olivia unnecessary worry. The same goes for Sonny.
It couldn’t be worse timing for Dante. His ex-wife, Lulu Falconeri (Alexa Havins) — whom he still loves — is about to wake up, and he’s about to lose the other woman he loves, Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).
While he doesn’t know about either event headed his way, this truth bomb coming out will be the very last thing he needs. Will Lois and Ned attempt to squash any discussion of it before it can come up?
