General Hospital spoilers tease that Police Cadet Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) has spent quite a bit of time bonding with Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) in recent weeks.
This sudden friendship has to be leading to something, so it seems likely that they will have some sort of romantic or physical connection. It’s become obvious that Dex and Molly are connecting on a deeper level even though they are both in relationships with other people.

Molly and TJ Lansing-Davis (Tajh Bellow) have been together since they were both teens. But Molly has been unfaithful before. When she mistakenly believed that TJ abandoned her, she had a one-night stand with Brando Corbin (the late Johnny Wactor).
When Molly got upset, she turned to another man for comfort so it wouldn’t be much of a surprise if it happened once again. Molly and TJ are still dealing with the stress of losing their daughter, so it’s easy to imagine them lashing out at each other or even potentially breaking up down the line.

Meanwhile, Dex and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) have seemingly put their own issues behind them and seem to be in a good place in their romance. But that doesn’t mean trouble isn’t right around the corner.
Joss has been asked by her mother to keep secrets from Dex and that could cause a big strain on their relationship. It’s quite possible that Molly and Dex will either develop feelings for one another or at the very least have a one-night stand.

If Molly and Dex do end up sleeping together, it could bring quite a bit of guilt especially if they are still involved with their current partners.

Molly and Dex could very well be about to change the course of their lives if they end up having even just a one-night fling.
