He likely misses his family and children, so if he’s fully recovered and ready to return home, could he decide to keep it a secret to surprise everyone? How will he react if he comes back to Port Charles and sees his uncle, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), in daddy mode, raising his baby?

Michael’s roots mean that Sasha’s baby is both a Corinthos and Quartermaine- two families that bring along their own kind of drama into a child’s life.

In the end, Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) jumped to the assumption that Jason was the biological dad of Sasha’s baby, and she ran with it to deflect any attention off Michael.

After all, even though he is in Germany recovering from third-degree burns, he’s also locked in a child custody battle with Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) for Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).

As Sasha and Michael’s one-night stand occurred while the couple was married, Michael could get dinged for his indiscretion, and he could lose the chance at gaining full-time custody of his kids.

It was decided that it would be easier for people to believe Jason was Sasha’s baby daddy.

Double Shocker On The Horizon

How shocked will Michael be when he returns to Port Charles, only to see Jason pulling daddy duty!? He could come back after the baby is born!

Sasha thinks she can handle things on her own, but she may call on Jason for help; being a single mom to a newborn isn’t easy!

As such, Michael may be genuinely hurt to see another man taking care of his child. After all, he wanted to take responsibility for the baby to begin with, but Sasha shot him down because of the mob danger and Q family toxicity; however, Jason “being the baby’s father” presents the same mob danger and Q family toxicity, so he’ll wonder why Sasha pushed him away, but allowed Jason to claim rights over his child.

Plus, depending on whether or not Sasha and Jason “fall in love”, Michael could also feel additional betrayal.

His one uncle stole his wife, while his other one seemingly stole his child.
