General Hospital spoilers suggest that some fans would be fine if Sonny and Natalia don’t grow any closer at all. Natalia is pretty much a useless character who ruined Kristina Corinthos’ (Kate Mansi) life and then stuck around Port Charles for no particular reason since she has no chemistry with Sonny at all.
Fans have suggested that Sonny could drift back toward Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros). However, Nina has been sleeping with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) when he isn’t sneaking around kissing Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
However, could Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow end up getting divorced over her affair with Drew?

Nina has no idea that Drew is sleeping with Willow. Michael has them on video having sex upstairs at the Quartermaine Mansion. At the time, Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) was searching for Drew and could have walked in on them.
Once Nina learns this, she may very well end things with Drew and jump into bed with Sonny just to make herself feel better.
Michael has slept with Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) just like Willow and Drew. Only Michael cheated after learning about a kiss. Willow and Michael are having major marital problems and could end up not being able to stay together.
Will Michael and Willow end up divorced and fighting over the children in the end?
General Hospital Spoilers: Concern For The Grandchildren Intensifies Connection
Nina and Sonny could certainly connect over concern for their grandchildren. The kids are accustomed to having both parents in the house and with them all of the time. Sonny and Nina would certainly under the kids being upset because of this.
Sonny and Nina may even decide to spend more time with them giving Sonny and Nina more time to reconnect.
Will Sonny and Nina reconnect and reunite as a couple? Is Nina too into Drew to walk away even though he has been sleeping with her daughter?
Does Nina still love Sonny and want a future with him even though she had moved on? Will Nina and Sonny reunite and reignite all of the drama that has been present throughout their relationship?
Sonny doesn’t need to be in the middle of this mess and should steer clear of Nina and Natalia.
