Lucy Coe’s Motive
General Hospital spoilers for the week of August 3-7 hint that Lucy will go over the sizzling plan with Serena at Bobbie’s. As the days go by, Serena will ‘bump’ into Michael at the Metro Court Pool, and sparks will fly … on his end at least!
Lucy is done dealing with the Quartermaines and wants full control of Deception for herself. After all, Deception has always been her little baby! She wasn’t at all pleased that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) sold her Deception shares to Michael, instead of Lucy, as now it feels like the Quartermaines versus Coe, especially with Michael being so close to Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Still, what does Lucy hope to gain with this plan of seduction?
The Why
Michael has a girlfriend right now in Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell), but they aren’t overly serious, and a lot could happen this week that causes them to split up!
Still, seducing Michael might be easy, but what kind of intel does Lucy want from Serena? Could it be blackmail evidence so that the man votes the way she wants to or sells her his share? Michael has shared custody of his kids, but a scandal or controversy could stir up trouble where Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) could easily head back to court and get their children back full time.
Does Lucy want Serena to get closer to Michael so she can influence when it comes to the direction Coe wants Deception to go? Maybe put in a good word for Lucy?
At the end of the day, Lucy is a good person, but also a master manipulator, so only time will tell when it comes to Serena, Michael, and her endgame.
