General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that while Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) is finally returning home this summer, he has been gone from Port Charles for close to a decade.
In the land of Port Charles, anything is possible, so could he come back to the little town with a new love, fiancé, or even wife?
GH Spoilers: Writers Are Remaining Hush-Hush
GH spoilers hint that the writers are keeping a tight lid on Lucky’s return. It’s hard to say if Lucky will return with the same personality he once had, or if experiences have changed him.
Even Bradford Anderson (Damian Spinelli) recently pointed out during the Daily Drama podcast he hosts with Steve Burton (Jason Morgan), one that Jackson was on, that Lucky has been gone for so long that it’s hard for fans to say that the character “would never” do something at this point. Could Lucky return with a new woman on his arm?
One that doesn’t seem like someone the “old Lucky” would be with? This could cause conflict with his old friends and loved ones, and maybe even rub Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) the wrong way.
But what would his “family” think?
GH Spoilers: Momma Bear Laura Doesn’t Approve
Would Laura Collins (Genie Francis) be supportive of Lucky’s new love? She’ll be over the moon that he’s back in Port Charles, but could this new girlfriend/fiancé/wife be someone who’s kept him away from the little town for so long? Momma bear Laura may not approve.
Aiden Webber (Tristan Riggs) is Lucky’s only biological son in town, although there was a time when Jake Webber (Hudson West) considered Lucky to be his dad. Will the new woman in his life clash with one or both of Lucky’s boys? Aiden isn’t overly confrontational; however, Jake can be.
Then again, there’s always the chance that as Jason was away for some time as “Alan Jacobs” during his time as an FBI informant, he may have crossed paths with Lucky’s new gal pal and knows she is “no good”. The storyline opportunities are endless!
