General Hospital Spoilers: Lucas is Back, But Does Brad Have Anything to Do with It?
General Hospital spoilers tease Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) coming back to Port Charles is just the ticket to drum up some drama in the family at a time when tension is already at an all-time high.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is lying to protect her mafioso ex-husband, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), from going away for life after killing FBI Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington).
Lulu Falconeri (Alexia Havins) is on her deathbed after three years in a coma. Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) has just come home beaten and bruised to hopefully save her life — an outcome no one can guarantee.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) are still missing in action because they have no idea Lucky has been found and brought home.
Now, Lucas is coming home — perhaps to help with Lulu’s transplant or in hopes that he can be tested as a match — and he’ll be stunned to find his ex-husband, Brad Cooper (Parry Shen), working in a GH lab.
General Hospital Spoilers — Brad is Back in Action
Brad getting hired at GH again surprised everyone who knows. It’s not likely that anyone he knew would have approved of it, but he managed to twist Co-Chief of Staff Dr. Terry Randolph’s (Cassandra James) arm and got back on staff.
Brad may just be trying to rebuild his life, but he’s not inclined to entertain drama from anyone who comes for him.
At the same time, he’s bent on rebuilding his reputation and he won’t want to take it lying down if old accusations come up — even when they’re true. He’s just trying to move on with his life. A blast from the past like Lucas is probably the last thing he needs.
GH Spoilers Suggest Portia Points the Finger of Blame
At the same time that Lucas blows back into town, the truth may start to bubble up about Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr).
Her involvement in fudging Heather Webber’s (Alley Mills) test results so that she wouldn’t have any chance at getting out of prison, she wasn’t thinking about how she may be implicated if she were caught — nor who to point her finger at to cast blame in another direction.
Brad is obviously the low-hanging fruit in this situation, but will Lucas buy Portia’s claim, or will he actually end up coming to his ex’s defense?
General Hospital Spoilers — Lucas Lets Loose
Lucas’ tirade won’t end this week. He’s not going to be happy to be smacked in the face with having to see Brad. Some part of him probably still can’t fathom that his ex hubs ever got out of prison.
He’s been happy to move on from that dark era in his life when Brad seemingly had a hand in destroying their family. But any sign of anger or upset from Lucas is going to signal that he’s somewhat still invested in the feelings he had for him.
So, are they normal residual feelings of resentment and anger that he never got the chance to voice and work out, or is it something more? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
