However, Laura might just end up dropping by Heather’s prison instead, but the outcome will remain unchanged no matter what.
General Hospital Spoilers: Curtis Ashford’s Shocking Visit
Heather was taken aback when Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) made a surprise visit to the prison last month to share the news about Laura’s efforts to reopen her case.
GH fans will remember Heather’s determination to take down Laura, so her next move could be related to that.
With more time to reflect on Curtis’ words and the consequences of her actions, Heather might be firm in her belief that she deserves to be where she is.
It’s likely that Heather’s request will focus on convincing Laura to give up the fight for her freedom. Even though Heather has been manipulative all her life, dosing people with LSD and such, she seems to be seeing the error of her ways and regrets the crimes she’s done.
GH Spoilers: It Was The Cobalt Poisoning Speaking?
Laura could certainly point out to Heather that her judgment was clouded during her time as “The Hook,” possibly due to cobalt poisoning. Heather has been more level-headed since her hip replacement, but Laura may still argue that Heather’s case should be re-evaluated.
However, Heather may vehemently refuse, choosing to dwell on her regrets and believe she deserves nothing more than life in prison.
One can see Heather making such a statement, possibly thinking if she’d been thinking clearly perhaps she could have steered her daughter Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) a different way.
Out of three children, two are dead and her oldest, Steven Lars Webber (Scott Reeves) remains in prison elsewhere, causing Heather regrets.
General Hospital Spoilers: Laura Reaches Out To Trina Robinson
After Heather fills Laura in on Curtis’ visit and the guilt-trip he laid on about Trina Robinson’s turmoil, Laura might decide to reach out to Trina herself.
GH spoilers tease that Laura will seek Trina’s perspective during the week of July 8-12. Laura could use the Ace Cassadine (Joey and Jay Clay) card to sway Trina’s opinion on Heather’s situation.
If she can show that it’s in Heather’s grandson’s best interest for her to be free, Trina might start to see things differently, or she could be against it.
It’s possible that Trina will eventually come around and support Heather’s fight for freedom, so keep an eye out for any changes in her perspective.
