So when she stops by her office to fill her in on what is happening between her and Nathan West (Ryan Paevey), we should expect she’s not going to hold back.
What can she expect in return though? Laura is nothing if not the paragon of morals in Port Charles. Will she approve of Lulu going after her best friend’s husband (sort of) while she lay in a coma? The answer might surprise us.
“You May Have Fewer Obstacles With Nathan Than You Think”
Previews show Laura telling Lulu she “may have fewer obstacles with Nathan” than she thinks.
That’s an interesting perspective coming from Laura, who certainly knows what it feels like to be cheated on. But this isn’t a cut and dry case of cheating.
Still, it’s not exactly clear that Nathan is up for grabs regardless, and if he was, it’s not clear that Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) would have no problem with him moving on with her bestie. “Fewer obstacles?” Perhaps, but none? Don’t count on it.

Meanwhile, we know Kirsten Storms is back on set recently, so that likely means Maxie is going to wake up soon — and just in time to weigh in on whether or not it bothers her that Lulu and Nathan have developed feelings for one another.
In all seriousness, they’ll probably conceal their affections for some time out of confusion and hope that it’ll all go away while they wait on Maxie to decide what direction she’s going to take her own life in.
Nathan Has the Upper Hand
Not only is it possible that Nathan might be an imposter of the worst kind — like his brother, Peter August (Wes Ramsey), in disguise — but Nathan doesn’t stand to lose quite as much as Maxie and Lulu do in this equation.
Maxie’s whole world is about to be turned upside down when she wakes to her late husband being alive, forcing her to choose between him and Damien Spinelli (Bradford Anderson). Even if Maxie has moved on, that doesn’t mean she’ll be cool with Lulu moving in on her ex.
That’s not what besties do! Maxie may lose both of them in the process, and Lulu could lose Maxie after she only just recently got her back.
As for Nathan, he gets a girl no matter what? It sounds a little unfair if you ask me. Tread carefully, Lulu. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers up ahead.
