General Hospital spoilers tease that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is romantically interested in Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) even though she may not be ready to admit that to herself.
Molly and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) recently broke up after several years as domestic partners. So admitting that she has feelings for someone other than TJ isn’t something that’s going to come easy for Molly.
But Cody has somehow managed to work his way into her heart, enough so that she’s started writing a new romance novel.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis plotted to kill Ava Jerome
Meanwhile, Molly’s half-sister Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) recently suffered some terrible losses of her own.
Those losses led Kristina to cut the brakes on a vehicle she believed was owned by Ava Jerome (Maura West). In fact, the car actually belonged to Molly’s father, Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst).
Ric and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) were then involved in a terrible car crash. Although Ric and Elizabeth survived, they easily could have perished because of Kristina’s actions.

Ava quickly realized that Kristina had meant to kill her and she told Ric. They quickly decided to blackmail Kristina and Molly’s mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) instead of going to authorities.
After paying Ric and Alexis millions of dollars. Alexis finally told Kristina about the blackmail. Horrified, Kristina vowed to make things right for her mother.
To that end, she hired Cody to seduce Ava in the hopes that Ava and Ric would turn against each other. Cody, eager for the money, agreed.
Cody Bell gets cold feet!
Although Cody has made significant progress with Ava, he cancelled their date. Cody had confided in Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) who told Cody he was better than selling himself.
This has seemingly made Cody rethink the entire plan. It’s quite possible he will offer to return the money to Kristina and back completely out of the deal.
But Kristina may threated to tell Molly all about their deal unless he goes through with it. Chances are likely that Molly will discover the truth anyway. Are Cody and Molly doomed as a couple before they even had a chance?
