General Hospital Spoilers: Kai’s Suspicion – Is He Willow’s Next Victim?
General Hospital spoilers indicate that Willow Cain (Katelyn McMullen) recently adopted the adage that ‘if at first you don’t succeed, try, try again’ when she injected Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) with an unknown substance.
Doctors believe that Drew had a stroke, and he’s now got “locked-in syndrome”, where he’s in a state of unconsciousness.
While at the hospital during the Tuesday, January 20 episode, Willow put on the waterworks, pretending she was devastated about her husband’s condition; however, fans noticed Kai Taylor’s (Jens Astrup Austin) suspicion. Could he become her next target?
Kai Taylor Knows The Truth
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Drew and Willow were celebrating her ‘not guilty’ verdict (oh, the irony) when she jabbed him with a syringe in his throat during the Monday, January 19 episode. He was shocked, and so were viewers!
With that said, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) and Kai both know that Willow was the one who shot Drew in the back twice. They tried to present their evidence to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn); however, she went forward with defending her client and getting Willow exonerated.
GH fans could sense that Kai wasn’t buying Willow’s frantic act, even though her mom, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), was eating it up with a spoon. What happens if Kai comes forward?
Jens Austin Astrup’s Recurring Status
Some months ago, Jens Austin Astrup was taken off contract on the show. This doesn’t necessarily mean a death sentence for any character, but it also means that if the ABC soap wanted to build Willow’s dark side by possibly adding another character to her (attempted) murder rap sheet, he could be on the chopping block.
Kai and Trina are cute together, but don’t exactly have the ‘Sprina’ chemistry she shared with Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez). As such, if Kai and Trina start telling other people about what they know, or if it gets out that they were there the night of Drew’s passing, Kai could become a casualty. Willow could also attack him if he confronts her, one-on-one.
