General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) has made a vow to find Dex Heller (Evan Hofer). He’s been ousted from Port Charles by Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard); however, he is lucky to be alive.
Still, Josslyn doesn’t see it that way. She had a major blowout with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) over what happened to Dex. She’s livid with her ex-stepdad for running Heller out of town, but her mom was quick to point out that at least Dex wasn’t killed. She also noted that
Sonny gave Dex a pass because of Joss.
While Josslyn wants to find Heller and start a new life with him somewhere else, if she ends up pregnant, this could be a plot twist in the storyline that brings Dex back to Port Charles.
GH Spoilers: A Pregnancy Would Change Everything
GH spoilers note that Sonny obviously knows where Dex is, after all, he made the arrangements to place him in a safe house until he can establish a new life somewhere else. Something like this doesn’t happen overnight, and Heller will need to lay low until the dust clears.
This could mean Dex is held up in a safe house for potentially weeks, or even months. While Josslyn is bent on finding her love, there’s no way someone like her can get a leg up on Sonny.
Regardless, as Josslyn tries to look for Dex, she could start feeling odd. She may blame it on the stress of losing her boyfriend, but when her period is late, she could begin to wonder if she’s pregnant. Once she finds out that she is carrying Dex’s child, this could change everything.
GH Spoilers: Sonny Brings Dex Back Into The Fold
Sonny cares for Josslyn, and while he’s miffed at Dex right now, he will eventually soften his stance. After all, he could’ve killed Heller after he learned the truth, but he did not.
That’s because the henchman proved he could be trusted, multiple times over; he also risked his life, time and time again to protect Sonny. Either way, Corinthos won’t want to keep the little family apart. After all, family means everything to Sonny, and while Joss isn’t a child of his, he considers her his own.
While Dex won’t be Sonny’s right-hand man, or even anywhere near that spot, the mob boss will bring him back to Port Charles to work somewhere within the organization. Heller will also get full protection under Corinthos.
This doesn’t mean that Josslyn will forgive Sonny for what he did, but she will begin to see why so many people see a different side to Corinthos.

I realize Trina wasn't mentioned in this article, but I hope neither she nor Joss are pregnant as is not necessary to tell the story.
I certainly hope that Joss is not pregnant, bringing Dex back will be the least of her problem if she is pregnant. Let her finish school, live a little, this is the soaps of the 21st century.
I would rather see Joss or Trina pregnant instead of Portia, Nina, Ava or Carly as was suggested in other platforms.
I hope she isnt....she is way too young and besides she is a brilliant girl and needs to fill her dream of being a doctor
One of these girls ends up pregnant, I mean little Ace will need playmates , He can't be the only child on the show
