Heather has always been a devious person, but she has also had a mental condition for years. However, Now that Heather has had her hip replacement, the doctors believe they have discovered the reason for Heather’s issues and it wasn’t her fault that she had mental issues, instead she had been poisoned.

Portia doesn’t believe that the poisoning is what made Heather this way. Some people are just evil and that is how Portia sees Heather.

Portia wants no part of Heather being turned loose and she has gone against Laura to make sure this doesn’t happen. Laura is not the only one who sees this from the doctor’ point of view.

GH Spoilers: Portia Robinson Wants Heather Webber Locked Away

Portia doesn’t care if Heather didn’t do these things of her own free will. Heather’s name being cleared because of her illness doesn’t bring back the people she has hurt or killed.

How does anyone think that Heather could ever be redeemed? Heather has done nothing to make up for her crimes and she doesn’t feel sorry for them.

Heather doesn’t deserve a get out of jail free card. Look at Brando Corbin (Johnny Wactor) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) for example, where is their get out of jail card?

Why should Heather be free when she is the one who killed them? Why is everyone making excuses and wanting to turn her loose just to hurt others?

General Hospital Spoilers: Portia Robinson Is Counting On Change

Portia is counting on Jordan to make things right. Jordan has chased Heather several times to try to bring her to justice.

Jordan has worked all of the Hook killer cases. Jordan knows full well that damage Heather is capable of as well as what she has already done. Jordan sees the danger this would put everyone in.

Portia is planning on Jordan siding with her even if Heather has been proven innocent. However, Portia may get a serious reality check once Jordan decides that Heather deserves to be free.

Will Portia go off the rails when Jordan does the exact same thing Laura had planned on doing? Does Heather truly deserve another chance?
