General Hospital Spoilers leak Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is about to break his promise to Carly Spencer (Laura Wright).
Overhearing PCPD Police Commissioner Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Federal Agent John ‘Jagger’ Cates (Adam Harrington) insist they have a warrant to search Carly’s home, Jason knew his time was running out.
We can expect that they’ll turn up nothing in their search. If they do happen to find some DNA evidence — a possibility since Jason was bleeding — they probably won’t be able to link that Carly was complicit in mending his wounds.
While Carly certainly wouldn’t want to see Jason carted off to jail, she’ll be left as confused as ever when she can’t get the answers she needs out of him after he disappears all over again.
General Hospital Spoilers — A Manhunt Ensues
When the police don’t find Jason at Carly’s house, they’ll be baffled as to where he could be. Checking Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) safe houses won’t work.
Jason certainly can’t risk exposing himself to Sonny’s team of enforcers right now when he’s suspected of working against the mob boss.
Will he turn to Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) in his time of need? It’s unlikely since she’s going to be practically living at the hospital waiting on Dante Falconeri’s (Dominic Zamprogna) recovery.
The next logical person he might turn to is Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst). Will she once again go out on a criminal limb to protect a man she loves too much?
GH Spoilers Say Carly Can’t Move On
Carly could become rather obsessed with tracking Jason down after this encounter. Knowing he’s alive, but that he’s bleeding heavily and has been shot, is going to leave her traumatized that it could be the last time she’ll see him ever again.
She just got him back and isn’t ready to bear the thought of that. But how will she be able to find him when no one else knows he exists and the police have more leads than Sonny or any other connection she has?
The truth is — she probably won’t track him down, but her preoccupation with him might be enough to do her and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) in.
General Hospital Spoilers — Breaking Up is Hard to Do
Witnessing Carly’s constant compulsion to find Jason and protect him will be more than Drew can bear this time around. He watched her grieve after her marriage to Sonny ended, and he was patient as he waited for her to open her heart to him.
But to no fault of Carly’s, Drew has changed. In some ways, he might see himself as more aligned with Jason now, and it won’t make sense to him why Carly doesn’t love the same zest for revenge and personal justice he has adopted that she condones in Jason and Sonny.
Will seeing her reaction to Jason’s return, and her undying concern that she may lose him again, be enough for Drew to cut his losses in this relationship and let her go? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
