General Hospital Spoilers: Jason And Sasha Take A Chance On Real Love – Will Fans Get On Board
General Hospital spoilers reveal that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) has agreed to claim to be Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) baby daddy.
Could Sasha be Jason’s new chance at real love now that Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) is no longer an option? Will this baby help to cement Sasha and Jason’s relationship and secure this baby’s future?
Jason Morgan Is Protecting Sasha Gilmore’s Child
Jason knows that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) is the father of Sasha’s unborn child. However, Michael has agreed to stay out of the baby’s life.
Sasha doesn’t want Willow Tate (Katelyn MacMullen) to find out about the baby because she doesn’t want it used against Michael in court. Everyone already believes that Jason is the father anyway.
Jason is determined to protect Sasha and her baby and the best way to do that is by claiming to be it’s father. This isn’t new to Jason, after all, he raised Michael the first year of his life.
Jason also planned to be a father to Sam’s daughter if she had lived. Now Jason is stepping in for another child by offering to protect the baby and Michael.
Sasha Gilmore Asked Jason Morgan To Make This Sacrifice
Cody Belle (Josh Kelly) took it upon himself to tell the world that Jason was the baby’s father. Of course, this was after Cody saw Sasha allowing Jason to feel the baby move.
Cody then called Jason out when Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) invited him and Sasha to join her recently. Again, Cody demanded that Jason admit to being the father.
Sasha stormed out telling Cody to stay out of her life. After storming off, Sasha messaged Jason and asked for him to meet her. Sasha proceeded to tell Jason he was going to have to claim the baby.
Jason only agreed as long as Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) could be told the truth. Sasha and Jason chose to tell Danny together.
Could Fans Warm Up To Jason Morgan and Sasha Gilmore?
Now that the writers have chosen to put Jason and Sasha together, will fans get on board with a romance between Jason and Sasha? Sasha is younger than Jason and she has been with his nephew.
Normally, Jason would never get into a relationship with her. However, Jason was in the same situation with Sam years ago.
Could Jason fall for Sasha while they are pretending that he is her baby’s father? This happened with Jason and Sam, Jason and Sasha are doing the same thing.
Will Jason and Sasha eventualy fall for each other and get into a real romance? Could Sasha be too hung up on Michael to give Jason a chance?

Oh hell nooooooooo! this show has really hit the bottom of the barrel. retread ridiculous SLs pairung couples with no chemistry. Jason being everybody’s savior and baby daddy. Sasha is his nepew Michael’s baby momma 20 yrs younger don’t know each other and absolutely NO CHEMISTRY. Give Jason a life of his own with Danny and Jake and a real true love interest. Willow/Drew, Sasha/Jason Anna/Jason Lucky/Elizabeth forced pairings understandably not the same but not must see especially during February Sweeps! Cyrus SL killing Sam and Dex yet Dante and Jason not involved in finding the “killer” instead inept det Spencer bumbling through. GH writers are clueless and out of touch with what fans want. Get rid of these characters who are not relevant at all.

I don’t like the pairing of Jason and Sasha. That is not a match that I want to see. Let another man move to Port Charles and become Sasha’s man, or bring Michael back and let them reveal to everyone that he is Sasha’s baby’s real father. not Jason. Bring someone else in for Jason.
I think it can work, if it’s written correctly. I felt they were going to go in that direction when Sasha suddenly was kidnapped and saved by Jason. Sasha is no longer a weeping willow, pardon the pun, she’s gaining backbone. The conversation with Danny that Jason and Sasha had about the baby. Just watch what happens. Danny needs a female in his life, Sasha could feel those shoes easily being younger she can relate too him on a different level.
I personally think that Steve (Jason) has a softer caring side & now that he is taking a major role in Danny’s everyday life that this has potential of being a great storyline. Sasha could be a good influence all the kids & Jason could make a great love for Sasha. I’m looking forward to this storyline.
Why allow Jason to redo what he has done so many years ago. Writers just need to write a story line to cover Sasha’s pregnancy instead of having Jason continue to redo his life. Jason needs to begin to have a life he sets for himself instead of including others in his decisions that he dosen’t necessarily plan for. He is reuniting with Danny who is a teen and that is a big enough task for even those in real life situations. If Sasha has to be paired due to her pregnancy, allow Michael to return, divorce Willow, allow Willow/Chase to reunite and move on. A Jason/Sasha pairing in my opinion is a big no go.
