General Hospital Spoilers: Jacinda & Kristina’s Romantic Twist, Michael’s Split Gives Sister New Love Interest?
General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Jacinda Bracken (Paige Herschell) and Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) might be gearing up for a romantic twist. Will Michael Corinthos’ (Rory Gibson) split give his sister a new love interest?
In the January 5 episode, Kristina offered Jacinda a bag of money and explained that she needed to leave Port Charles immediately. Since Kristina knew where Alexis Davis’ (Nancy Lee Grahn) defense strategy was headed, she was trying to intervene before things blew up.
Unfortunately, Kristina’s scheme fell apart since Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove) confirmed he was with Jacinda at the time of Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) shooting. Jacinda didn’t make it out of town like Kristina planned, so now she’s stuck in hot water along with Michael.
Since Jacinda lied to Michael about being alone the rest of that night, he was taken aback by this Ezra curveball. Michael trusted Jacinda to give him an alibi, but her deception has backfired on them both.
Of course, this may pump the brakes on Michael and Jacinda’s romance. Michael was honest with Jacinda, but she didn’t give him that same honesty in return.
It may be enough to convince Michael that it’s just too painful and complicated to be together after everything that’s happened.
If Michael dumps Jacinda, she’s going to need someone to lean on. There’s a good chance that person will be Kristina, who’s already formed a bond with Jacinda and offered her that generous getaway strategy.
GH preview spoilers for 2026 point to someone being grateful for Kristina’s efforts and developing a friendship with her. It’s easy to imagine Kristina trying to fix things and perhaps convince Michael to take Jacinda back.
Kristina’s helpful nature may touch Jacinda’s heart and leave her feeling like someone else truly cares about her. Jacinda got a taste of that with Michael and could get another glimpse of that through Kristina’s genuine kindness.
Soap fans have seen friendship turn romantic many times over the years. The show has never confirmed anything about Jacinda’s sexuality, so it’s possible she’s bi and could be paired up with Kristina next.
Regardless, GH writers are already putting Kristina in Jacinda’s orbit. Based on 2026 preview info, it sounds like Jacinda and Kristina will grow closer – whether that be through friendship or something more.
