General Hospital Spoilers: Is It The End of Deception As We Know It?

General Hospital spoilers indicate that the books at Deception are a little wonky. Before her demise, Natalia Ramirez (Eva LaRue) told Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) about the financial discrepancies resulting from Sonny Corinthos’s (Maurice Bernard) unintentional crooked investments.

This could result in a lot of trouble for the Deception team, Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring), Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms/Nicole Paggi), and Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as this revelation could come to light, and spell disaster for the company.

Natalia Ramirez’s Records Are Uncovered And Deception Goes Under

Thanks to Marco Rios (Adrian Anchondo) who is trying to bring Sonny down for his mother’s murder, the records that Natalia kept are exposed. This spells major trouble for the Deception team, as it would be very hard to recover from this financial windfall.

Tracy would tell the ladies that they are going to be forced to dissolve the company in order to save themselves. Lucy would be against this, thinking that there must be a way out of this.

Tracy would tell the team that she has consulted with her lawyers, and the best thing to do is to step away and dissolve the company to save face. Although Maxie and Brook Lynn would not like this possibility either, it seems to be the best option for them.

Not to mention, it would prevent them from being faced with charges.

Sonny Corinthos Is Charged With The Cooperation Of The Deception Ladies

Acting DA Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) would offer the ladies of Deception a deal, no charges would be filed against them, but she needs their full cooperation in their investigation of Sonny’s finances, particularly the blood money that he invested in Deception.

Lucy, Maxie and Brook Lynn, despite their reservations, would have to agree, while Tracy would have no problems with this. Now that Turner has what she needs she can build a case against Sonny, and finally charge him.

On To New Adventures For Ladies of Deception

With Deception now being gone, Tracy could focus on ELQ, and start other companies; Lucy would concentrate on her real estate business, and it could mean a new career for Maxie, one that could usher her out of Port Charles for the time being.

Kirsten Storms (Maxie) is taking a break from the role in the coming months. Perhaps she gets an exciting job abroad, and leaves for a few months? Brook Lynn, however, may go back to work on producing music, and could eventually be Gio Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) manager, once they finally patch things up. The possibilities are endless.

  • If I remember correctly, Deception wasn't a presence on canvas previously for a period of time. Either something will occur to save it, or each of the ladies will move on as each has other options.
