Of course, fans know that Sam has two children she is raising and is currently in a relationship with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna). It is being reported that Sam will die in a fall some time this fall. Sources claim that it will be a tragic ending for the once fearless grifter.

General Hospital’s spoilers predict a shocking end to Sam after everything she has been through on the show. Sam even scaled the Metrocourt for help during a hostage crisis, so this seems unbelievable that this would be the one way that Sam is taken out.

Kelly was “blindsided” according to published reports by the fact that she was fired.

Fans are concerned about Sam being killed off as well as who will raise her children since neither father has been exactly present in their kids lives.

Another fan believes that Sam will be in an accident and her liver will be used to save Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan). Of course, fans are concerned for the children and how they will handle her departure.

Unfortunately, no matter how you slice it, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will likely somehow get the blame for Sam’s death although he has pretty much stayed away from her.

Sam tends to go out on her own and do thing whether she is asked to or not. Perhaps writers will allow this senseless death to bring Jason and their son closer.
