Understandably, Josslyn wanted to protect Carly from facing consequences for harboring the fugitive Valentin in her home for all those months.

It would be incredibly easy for Josslyn to accidentally discover that flash drive hidden away in the kitchen drawer and recognize its significance.
As a trained WSB agent, her first instinct would undoubtedly be to investigate further. Perhaps Josslyn might decide to take the initiative by examining the contents of the flash drive herself, ultimately leading her to confront Carly with the revelations she uncovers.
Although Carly has yet to review the damning information that Brick provided, he firmly believes that she will eventually utilize it to eliminate Valentin from her life.
If Josslyn happens to find the flash drive, she could potentially accelerate that process by uncovering the intel and compelling Carly to scrutinize Valentin’s past more closely.
