General Hospital spoilers claim Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is spiraling out of control into the depths of addiction, and it’s unlikely that he’s going to bounce back anytime soon.
Recovery and falling off the wagon may go hand-in-hand for many people, but Finn is resisting help from every person who cares about him. He can’t even accept that his drinking problem is affecting his daughter, Violet Finn (Jophielle Love).
So, it’s not likely that he’s expecting anyone to have a legitimate stake in pulling her away from him. Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) might have given it their best shot pitching their ideas to take Violet off Finn’s hands, but he wasn’t having it. But what if someone comes to town who has a lot more power to rip her out of his life?
General Hospital Spoilers — Finn Loses His Grip
Although Finn is already reeling and losing his grip on reality, he has no idea how many more harder days are ahead of him right now. Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) warned him that his rock bottom would arrive sooner than he thinks it will, and she’s probably right.
Little does he know, rock bottom will be a hard pill to swallow when it means putting his sweet Violet in jeopardy. Rumors are swirling that Finn may lose control in a way that actually puts Violet’s life in danger, such as a car accident. Whatever it is, it’s certain to make or break his case in court. Yes, court.
GH Spoilers Leak Hayden Seizes the Opportunity
Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig) is presumed dead by some at this point, but no one really knows what happened to her. Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) chased her out of town with threats against Violet that left her terrified to stay anywhere near her daughter.
But when she finds out that Finn isn’t doing such a good job of holding it down as a single parent, she just may decide it’s worth the risk to come back to town and reclaim her child.
General Hospital Spoilers — Elizabeth Gets Stuck in the Middle
Elizabeth Baldwin’s (Rebecca Herbst) heart is already breakin for both Finn and Violet. She doesn’t want to see their happy home shattered into a million pieces all because her father can’t get it together and stay sober.
At the same time, she doesn’t want to see any harm come to Violet. Should Finn put her at risk, it’s likely that Elizabeth’s concerns that it may happen again will soar.
So just whose side will Elizabeth be on if a custody battle ensues between Finn and her sister? We have to suspect she’ll be on Team Violet — whatever that looks like.
