General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) will share a charged moment. Is Olivia’s heart starting to spark for Eddie?
General Hospital Spoilers: A Night At The Savoy
It sounds like this is Eddie’s concert appearance at the Savoy, even though he hasn’t finished his song of the Siren; Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) was impressed.
But Marshall’s a man of his word, and whether that song is finished or not the show must go on. Olivia may be in the audience but she’s cheering him on, and even though she misses him as Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) this Eddie’s starting to grow on her.
Olivia is starting to accept Eddie as himself and it helps him to feel her acceptance. He’s grateful for Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s (Amanda Setton) acceptance as well.
GH Spoilers: If She Can’t Beat Him, Join Him!
Olivia may be getting to the point if she can’t beat him, join him-by accepting Ned may never return and Eddie might be the only way she can have him. Eddie is opening up to her as well and they are starting to let their guard down with each other.
The fact that Olivia is listening to and watching him on this big night and supporting him is a big deal to Eddie, and Olivia is liking his music.
Who knows-maybe this is the night, on stage at the Savoy, that Eddie will finally see the Siren’s face and know who’s beckoning him! And the ‘kid”-meaning Leo Quartermaine (Easton Rocket Sweda) is starting to grow on Eddie as well, he kind of understands him and Eddie understands Leo.
Eddie may never be the businessman that Ned was, and he can’t even imagine that was ever him-but maybe he was, in another life.
General Hospital Spoilers: Is The Siren He Seeks Olivia Quartermaine?
Eddie doesn’t quite finish the whole Siren song on stage, but something starts to become clear-perhaps the Siren he’s seeking is Olivia.
The show has been a rousing success and after a standing ovation, he comes down off the stage and they share a charged moment in a hug that becomes an embrace.
The Siren could represent his old life as Ned as well, and his apparently repressed memories of that life, but for now he feels at home again.
While Olivia hopes and prays with every breath that Ned finds his way out of the dark abyss of his memories, she’s accepting now that he may not. She must learn to find her way with Eddie with her love and acceptance.
