General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that the week of May 5-9 will offer some explosive moments in the land of Port Charles. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will gear up for revenge, as Mac Scorpio (John J. York) digs into a new investigation, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) makes a bold move.
Drew Cain’s Revenge
After Drew’s drugged debacle with Jacinda (Paige Herschell) this week, he’ll be thirsting for revenge next week. In the aftermath of it all, he’ll likely convince Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) that he was framed, as she’s that gullible (although this time he is speaking the truth); however, he’ll also have his eye on some payback.
Could he end up bribing Jacinda for information? Will she spill about Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) setting him up? Could this wind up biting them both in the butt? Then again, Drew may believe Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) was behind it all since she was the last person he spoke with before meeting up with the hired escort.
Will Drew lash out at the Quartermaines as a result?
Speaking of Drew, Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) will deal with the aftermath of the surgery the congressman paid for
. There have been many mentions of a risk around paralysis, and as Kai was warned multiple times, it’s hard not to think that this might occur after he wakes up from going under the knife.
How will he and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) deal with a condition like this? Trina will support Kai with all she’s got, but it could place a major strain on their romance.
Mac Scorpio’s New Case
Over to Mac, General Hospital spoilers imply that he’ll dive into a new investigation the week of May 5-9. Now, this could be about Drew and being drugged, or it may be about something else. After all, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) continues to be targeted by an unknown threat. Does something occur in the days ahead that will have Mac investigating?
In related news, Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will remain a source of comfort for Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) as she worries about the attacks on Sonny’s life. Still, fans can’t help but shake the idea that the shady WSB agent may be behind this.
Josslyn Jack’s Bold Move
Speaking of sketchy WSB moves, Josslyn will do something bold next week to secure Professor Henry “Hank” Dalton’s (Daniel Goddard) research assistant gig.
The two recently had a chat at the Savoy, and her chances are slim to say the least, but it sounds like Joss will get a little crafty to ensure she gets the job.
This is her first WSB mission, and she’s determined not to blow it. With that said, will Josslyn cross a seductive line to get what she wants? Then again, she may steal an idea (or assignment answers) from Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner) to secure the assistant’s job and impress Dalton, so only time will tell.
Rocco Falconeri’s Shocking Discovery
Lastly, Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) will uncover some shocking information, and this could be linked to the whole Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) secret.
While he may find out that Gio is his half-brother, the news just might be about the fact that Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has an unknown son out there that Brook
Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) has hidden this entire time. If Rocco does find this out, will he run straight to his dad?
