General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the week of May 26-30 hint that Port Charles is rocked and rolled as May Sweeps comes to an end. It’s already been bombshell after bombshell this month so we expect this week to be a 10.0 on the Richter scale, let’s get to all the good juice GH fans!
Intrepid Lulu Spencer (Alexis Havins Bruening) pressures poor Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) to ‘fess up about Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri’s (Giovanni Mazza) identity and we predict this secret is blown by the time the week of May 26-30 rolls around.
That’s because Lulu is acting like a Rottweiler eyeing a juicy T-bone–she won’t even stop her haranguing as the Nurses Ball takes place.
Lulu is Way Over the Top
Can you imagine what happens when Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) discover that Gio is their long-lost son? This plot can’t end well, with all of the lies and deceit associated with it. Quick, someone book Lois a one-way Greyhound back to Bensonhurst.
Lois is treated like the bad guy when the truth comes out. But let’s let cooler heads prevail: what did Lois do that was so wrong?
Lois is in the Right
After the dust settles, maybe the angry mob will come to their senses and realize that Lois made the best of a delicate situation. This is a controversial opinion, but we think that Lois did the best she could.
Because of her, Gio was raised with love and is now a fantastic young man. How can anyone be mad about that? But, in the short term, we fully expect Gio to be furious and confused.
Tracy is Going to Make Heads Roll
There is much more fallout from the 2025 Nurses Ball and we’re here for it! Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) framed Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) for OD’ing him on ketamine and she will get revenge!
Because of this, Tracy was arrested on the red carpet of the Nurses Ball 2025, and cuffed even. Again, here is another plot that can’t end well but like other fans we are riveted by this modern-day Q vs. Q battle.
Portia is in the Weeds
For now Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) are safe because Drew knows that they are the guilty ones.
But Tracy needs a partner in crime to take down Drew, what are the chances that she turns to Snarly Carly Spencer (Laura Wright)?
There may need to be a quid pro quo between them and it may be that Tracy helps Carly secure custody of Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko).
Much has been made of Michael’s custody hearing on June 2 and we see this as another bombshell situation.
Michael is Baaaack
Which leads us to big news: Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) is back. The character has been recast and will go head-to-head with Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) in a custody battle.
We got our first “glimpse” of Michael during the Tuesday, May 20 episode and we expect him to show himself during the week of May 26-30 if not before.
Poor Willow may find herself confronting two problems if she finds out about Drew and Nina’s affair! In this situation we think that Willow could find herself turning to Michael.
Willow and Michael Regroup and Reunite?
As for Michael he has to deal with his baby momma, Sasha Corbin (Sofia Mattsson), who is pretending that Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is the dad.

It’s certainly a difficult time for any actor to have to step in and replace Michael with so much going on in his life, and I truly hope we will all be kind. I loved Rory on Y&R, and he deserves a fair chance.
As for Lois, she just followed Brooklyn’s wishes to give up her baby, and she did what she thought was the best solution for all. She should be commended for being a great mom to her daughter, not condemned! Lulu is the one who deserves condemnation for this playing out as it did. She’s still sticking her nose in where it doesn’t belong!! She should lose both Dante and Rocco over her actions!
#1. Get rid of Kai, find a substitute for the role of Spencer; there’s-0- chemistry between Trina and Kai.
#2. Drew needs to be exposed for who and what he is and then needs to be rid of. Brick needs to show that Drew set Michael up. Also, what kind of a congressman is he? Oh, I get it, the ones that are in real life, congressmen.
#3. Lulu is a Pariah. She should never be able to go back with Dante-ever.
#4. The WSB story with Brennan and Carly needs to be taken to the next step, and Joss's secret needs to come out.
#5. Portia and Curtis need to split up and Jordan needs to be back with Curtis.
