General Hospital spoilers and updates tease Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) will warn Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) about Adam Wright (Joshua Benard). Dex suspects something “off” with the young man and warns her against getting too involved helping him.
General Hospital Spoilers: Adam Wright Has An Air Of Desperation
Dex has noticed Adam has an air of desperation about him, and something is not right with that-he’s concerned he could be a bit unstable.
Adam comes around a LOT and doesn’t seem to care if Dex or one of Josslyn’s other friends are in the dorm room-he sees a look of disappointment in his eyes.
Dex is concerned at the very least Adam may get emotionally dependent on Josslyn-at the worst, obsessed with her in a non-mutual crush with feelings Josslyn will never return.
Dex cautions Josslyn to make sure she doesn’t do or say anything that could give Adam the wrong idea; however Josslyn is sure Dex is reading it wrong.
Dex tells her although he’s being protective, he’s not jealous and that’s not where he’s getting his impressions of Adam from.
GH Spoilers: Josslyn Jacks Is In Some Ways Naïve
In spite of all her experience having a mob boss as a former stepfather, Josslyn is in some ways naïve, and trusts certain people too easily.
She’s highly suspicious of anything Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) does and his new wife, Nina Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) as well, although a lot of that comes from her mother being hurt.
But she seems to take for granted everything her study partner Adam says and doesn’t pick up on the things that Dex does in Adam.
After all, Adam is just another student at Port Charles University and they help each other study and learn, they’re in the same classes and diploma focus. Dex hates to remind Josslyn, but if she remembers, so was Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) at first.
General Hospital Spoilers: Danger, Josslyn Jacks, Danger!
Dex continues to worry about this Adam character and even though he has enough to do working for Sonny, he gets a sense of danger from Adam.
He may well decide to follow him to see what he’s really about, what he’s into, how he lives, even though in a dorm it may be difficult.
Josslyn could be facing some real danger if this Adam is some kind of sneaky, obsessive stalker, and Dex wants to make sure he isn’t.
Even so, Dex warns Josslyn to make sure their study sessions aren’t too isolated and where there are people around. If he balks when she suggests study sessions only in the library or elsewhere and insists on a dorm room, there’s something wrong.
