General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus’ Final Victim Will Be Michael

General Hospital spoilers tease that Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is on quite the path of destruction. Although it hasn’t been confirmed that he was the guilty party, he most likely was the reason that Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havans) ventilator powered down.

At the moment, that has been attributed to an equipment malfunction but that seems unlikely given what has happened since then. Something is very wrong within the walls of the hospital.

General Hospital Spoilers – Sam McCall was murdered by Cyrus Renault

One thing that has been confirmed is that Cyrus snuck into Sam Mccall’s (Kelly Monaco) hospital room and injected her IV with digitalis.

This caused Sam to have a heart attack and unfortunately, she passed away. Sam was at General Hospital because she had donated a portion of her liver to Lulu, and the surgery was deemed a success.

Sam was expected to recover completely, which is why her death is currently being considered a medication error.

GH Spoilers – Dex Heller was on to Cyrus Renault

Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) knew that Cyrus was at the hospital the day Sam died and could have pieced together that Cyrus killed her. Unfortunately, someone stabbed Dex in the back at Rice Plaza and he was taken to General Hospital.

Luckily, Dex’s injury was minor, and he was expected to recover in time for the holidays. But then, just like Sam, Dex suddenly died from a heart attack. It’s safe to say that Cyrus was responsible for both the stabbing and also poisoned him as well.

General Hospital Spoilers – Who will be Cyrus Renault’s next victim?

Both Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) seem like possible options to be next on Cyrus’ hit list. But chances are Cyrus will be unsuccessful harming either of them.

But there is another Port Charles resident who is slated to leave in early 2025 and that is Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell). That means that there is a very good chance that Michael will somehow get tangled up with Cyrus and end up his final victim before he is finally brought to justice.
