General Hospital Spoilers: Cyrus Delivers A Threat — Who Is On The Receiving End This Time?

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been making the rounds since his release from Pentonville due to his ailing health.

Scott Baldwin (Kim Shriner) made the argument that Cyrus was no longer a threat to anyone, and Dr. Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) backed him up, noting Cyrus is too bad off to harm somebody — as though his recent heart attack would prevent him from shooting a gun or hiring someone else to.

Nonetheless, he’s a free man again and his threats aren’t going to stop with Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey). Cyrus has business to tend to and wants his affairs in order.

Who might start stepping on his toes and making that more difficult than he likes?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Is At Risk

Obviously, Cyrus still has it out for Sonny. That may be one of the major reasons he’s been circling around Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison). But he may not be so bold as to launch an attack on the mob boss straight out the gate. That would be too obvious, and Cyrus may have to spend some time gathering resources to pull off whatever he has planned — though we doubt he actually gave away all of his money.

GH Spoilers Tease Trina And Portia May Not Be Safe

Cyrus has already crossed paths with Dr. Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), who is none too happy that he’s out of Pentonville.

Eager to use anything she can to report him to the police and have him hailed back off to where she thinks he belongs, Portia is probably too much of a risk for Cyrus to mess with.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) probably pegged this one correctly when they said he’s not going to screw up his use of this get-out-of-jail-free card.

General Hospital Spoilers — Austin Is On The Chopping Block

Austin hasn’t exactly been Cyrus’ favorite person as of late. When he dropped in on Cyrus at Pentonville under the guise of a check-up and let him know he was done working for him, Cyrus wasn’t pleased.

But he also didn’t appear to balk at Austin’s not-so-subtle request. Now that Mason has crossed him though, he will need someone else to fill his role — and Austin is probably the guy to do it. How is he going to take to Cyrus handing out orders while Mason is out of commission?

We suspect a bit more calmly when Cyrus wields his power and makes sure Austin knows what’s on the line. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see what happens next.
