The Feud Between Curtis Ashford And Isaiah Gannon Ramped Up To Violence On Curtis’ Part
General Hospital fans recall that the simmering feud between Isaiah and Curtis shows no signs of cooling, in fact, it ramped up to violence on Curtis’ part in a recent episode.
Fans are still buzzing about the true paternity of Portia’s baby, even after a DNA test pointed to Curtis-there are several reasons to doubt it’s really Curtis.
Meanwhile, Portia’s anxiety is mounting, casting a shadow over her and her unborn child, and stress isn’t good for expectant mothers, especially not at this level!
Curtis’s spiteful and volatile actions, understandably, may have have pushed Portia to question what kind of future she wants for her baby.
The fallout from recent events has only deepened the rift between Portia and her ex-husband; though Portia is supposedly carrying Curtis’s child, their lives have grown tangled with new relationships, making everything even more complicated.
Curtis’ Recent Anger And Out-Of-Control Behavior Is Certainly A Warning Sign
It’s easy to imagine that Portia could perceive Curtis’s recent behavior as a warning sign, and maybe she anticipated it when she had the paternity test-which he was pushy about.
Maybe she named him as the baby’s father just to keep the peace at the time, hoping to spare Curtis and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) more heartache, and believing Isaiah would handle the truth.
But if Portia did lie, Curtis’s unraveling might force her to reconsider everything; his jealousy has spiraled out of control, even clinging to his wedding ring during a violent outburst.
Curtis went so far as to publicly accuse Isaiah of abandoning him and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) after the crash that Jordan herself caused.
How Curtis managed to pin the blame on anyone but Jordan remains a mystery, yet here we are; he’s practically got a death wish for Isaiah!
Curtis Crossed The Line, To Say The Least
Curtis’s recent actions have crossed the line, making Isaiah’s bragging seem more justified than ever; perhaps Isaiah would be a better father to Portia’s child after all.
There’s a chance that just maybe he truly is the baby’s father. With so many reasons for Portia to keep secrets, Curtis’s reckless behavior only strengthens her case.
Even though Curtis has never displayed violence or aggressiveness towards Trina, she’s a grown up young woman, Curtis has never been seen around a baby or small child! It’s horrible to think Curtis could fly off the handle and cause harm to a child, but if he’s out of control, one never knows-and Portia can’t take that chance!
