General Hospital (GH) spoilers note that fans have been buzzing ever since Selina Wu’s (Lydia Look) bodyguard Li (Samuel Wang) dropped the name of “Stone” as the name of the person aiming to destroy Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) among other mob bosses in the area.
Speculation has run wild, but are viewers forgetting one major connection to the name?

GH spoilers hint that fans have linked the name “Stone” to some obvious choices. One major one is “Stone Cold”, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is on the cusp of a return.
As Stone Cates (Michael Sutton) was a character close to Sonny in the 1990s, fans have speculated that his brother, John “Jagger” Cates, is the person targeting mob bosses, using his brother’s name as an alias, while some fans believe that there’s a possibility that Stone could return from the dead.
Speaking of that theory, Morgan Corinthos’s (Bryan Craig) middle name is Stone, and Jagger’s adult son also was given that name to honor his late uncle. These are also two names being dropped.
But what about the connection fans aren’t thinking of?
GH Spoilers: Could “Stone” Be A Symbolic Reference To “Brick”?
In the past few weeks, some audience members thought that Brick (Stephen A. Smith) could be the unknown shooter. While he’s Sonny’s second in command, he was quick to throw Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) under the bus and has been eager to do so for a while now.
If he was planning to take Sonny’s spot in his organization and dominate the organized crime biz in the area, the connection of “Stone” and “Brick” would make sense. It’s enough to link the two yet swerve every mob boss out there with the alias.
Brick has always seemed on the up and up; however, GH is known for flipping characters’ personalities to a 180, for storyline purposes.
Brick rose to power within Sonny’s organization fast after Jason was presumed dead, so did this all go to his head? Did he want more? Has he always wanted more?

I don't think that Brick could possibly be Stone. Brick is trying to be Sonny's right hand man now that Dex is gone. Neither one of them are trying to kill Sonny. They both want to protect him. I'm thinking it's probably the FBI Agent that came back to Port Charles to get revenge on Sonny.
