General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) unhealthy disdain for Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will be exposed in the days and weeks ahead.
Unfortunately, the superspy accidentally shot her when she found the young girl in her apartment, believing she was an intruder.
While Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been in the know about the teen girl’s unstable behavior, not many have realized what Charlotte’s been up to.
Still, in recent episodes, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) started to connect the dots, and Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) believes there is more than meets the eye when it comes to Valentin’s daughter.
Will Charlotte get the help she needs?
GH Spoilers: Kevin Collins Suggests Charlotte Cassadine Gets Committed
GH spoilers reveal that Kevin could suggest that Charlotte be committed. After all, he did conduct a therapy session with the 15-year-old, and right off the bat, he had concerns.
In fact, he shared these with her grandmother and his wife, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and both agreed that they wanted to do everything possible to help Charlotte’s emotional state.
Charlotte may have a tough road ahead when it comes to recovering from her physical injuries, thanks to the shooting; however, Kevin may also see that she needs far more than just weekly therapy sessions to help bring her mental health back to a positive state.
The young girl has been through a lot in recent years; plus, thanks to Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) brainwashing and tarot cards, she’s tipped over the edge.
GH Spoilers: Charlotte’s Still A Cassadine
The only issue with being committed is the attachment Charlotte has to Valentin, not to mention the closeness she shares with “friend” Jake Spencer (Hudson West).
It won’t be easy to get the young girl to agree to go to a facility, especially in light of the new home Valentin bought them, and her social calendar in the little town.
She may have to go with force, and she may not be willing to cooperate. The one thing about Charlotte, though, is she’s always been crafty.
Could she resist treatment and then realize that if she agrees to things, she can make a grand escape? This would only make things worse for Charlotte in the long run, but she is likely more than capable of breaking out.
