General Hospital spoilers tease that Carolyn Webber (Denise Crosby) has a lot to make up for when it comes to her relationship with her daughter Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst). For decades, Elizabeth didn’t hear a single word from either of her parents. Elizabeth went through so many life-changing events during that time including her rape. But when Elizabeth discovered the truth, it didn’t really change anything.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carolyn Webber helped cover up a crime!
Elizabeth’s repressed memories led her to realize that she accidentally caused a young woman to fall down a flight of stairs. This woman wasn’t just anyone, but the wife of Elizabeth’s current love, Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Elizabeth had caught her father having an affair with Finn’s wife and she accidentally caused the young woman to fall. Carolyn used her skills as a doctor to help Elizabeth forget what had happened.
GH Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber finally discovered the truth.
Elizabeth barely had time to register what her parents had done when she encountered Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl). Elizabeth’s good friend, Nikolas Cassadine (Marcus Coloma) was holding Esme hostage. Even more concerning was the fact that Esme was pregnant at the time with Nikolas’ child.
Fearing that Esme was the Hook killer, Elizabeth agreed to provide medical assistance while Esme was held captive. Esme eventually escaped and is apparently suffering from amnesia. Nikolas had discovered what Carolyn did Elizabeth and wanted Carolyn to make sure Esme had no recollection of her time in captivity.
General Hospital Spoilers – Carolyn Webber issued a warning to Elizabeth Webber!
Once Carolyn realized that Esme was pregnant, she left in disgust. She warned Elizabeth about what Nikolas was planning and how he used her to get Carolyn to come to town. Elizabeth will realize that it’s time to take control of her own life. Look for her to make a confession regarding Esme’s time in captivity. Elizabeth has a lot to lose, including her freedom. But she finally realizes it’s time to take control of her own life, and not let anyone use her for their own ends including Nikolas. This could be a life-changing moment for Elizabeth even though she could possibly lose everything.
