General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) could find herself torn between two men if Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is freed from jail and Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) is freed form Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros)!
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is working hard to find evidence that Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) was not fair in his sentencing of Drew, and it looks like she’s scored some paydirt, meaning that the former Navy Seal will be back in Port Chuck in no time at all.
General Hospital spoilers: Carley’s Dilemma
Drew will spend time with his daughter Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) as well as pick up where he left off with Carly. It will be an emotional reunion, since Carly blames herself for Drew being incarcerated (correct) and he has been beaten badly while at Pentonville.
These two star crossed lovers have a lot of time to make up for and fans are shipping this couple. But what about CarSon? There are plenty of those fans who think Carly and Sonny are a forever couple. Sonny is expecting to have a happily ever after with Nina but that will hit a snag when the truth about her tipping off the SEC to Carly and Drew’s insider trading comes to light.
While Carly clearly has a thing for Drew, she also has love and kids with Sonny. It looks like the blonde vixen could have a roller coaster ride coming up in the near future.
GH spoilers: Drew and Carly Are End Game?
After his prison ordeal, Drew will feel that no more time should be wasted as life is too short. Which means he may ask for her hand in marriage, leaving Carly with a huge decision to make.
Are Drew and Carly destined for marriage? They were going from strength to strength before he got sent up the river and so why not put a ring on it?

I have mixed feelings, although we all know in the end it will Carson. Maybe Carly deserves a fling with Drew, Sonny got to have one with Nina. I think Sonny needs to concentrate on what’s going on in PC. He needs to stop Selena who like a snake is slithering thru PC and Sonny needs to pay attention for a minute. He needs to help Curtis keep in business..
Sonny has been stuck in la la land with Nina and the other mobsters feel he not as powerful as he once was. (Come on back Jason as you are probably the only one who could help all involved). If Curtis would stop rolling in self pity, perhaps he could wake up and smell the roses and at least get an idea Selina is he cause of him being in a wheelchair. Curtis at least does have Marshall to lean on if he would just allow him to do so. Sonny doesn't have to be a mobster but he does need to act as though he has awareness and a trifle bit of smarts which seem to have been lost when he fell from the bridge.
