General Hospital Spoilers: Brook Lynn and Chase Learn of Sonny’s Brutal Beatdown at Their Wedding — and Have Their First Fight as a Married Couple Because of It

General Hospital Spoilers reveal Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) have been reeling since the moment they learned Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) had passed away in his sleep just hours after celebrating their marriage with the happy couple.

No one has wanted to bother them since with the gruesome details of what went on at the Metro Court Hotel after they departed for their honeymoon suite and left the reception for the staff to clean up.

When they learn of the bloodshed and events that manifested in the later hours of the evening, this pair just might invite their first argument as a married couple. Can they hack it?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sonny Sparks a War

Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may have promised to lay down his arms since going fist over fist at Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) at Brook Lynn and Chase’s wedding, but he’s yet to apologize to Brook Lynn for the disruption.

We get it. She’s not at the top of his list as he’s still worried about the enemies he thinks he’s mounting, and the daughter he thinks he’s lost.

But Brook Lynn and Chase aren’t going to take this news lying down. At the same time, they’re not going to take it in the same way as one another either.

GH Spoilers Suggest Chase Will Be Furious

Chase is running on fumes right now. He’s emotionally raw from the death of his father, and grieving that loss deeply. It’s rational to expect that any sort of upset right now could either fall on deaf ears with him or set him off.

Word on the street is news of Sonny’s beatdown on Dex is going to spark the latter. As Chase erupts with anger that Sonny would date to make such a scene at their wedding, he might be taken aback by his bride’s response to the situation.

General Hospital Spoilers — Brook Lynn Shows Compassion

Brook Lynn has made many excuses for her “Uncle Sonny” over the years — but this will top them all. He’s never been too much of a thorn in the couple’s side, because she doesn’t interact with him a whole lot.

But it’s expected that he’ll be at every important occasion in their lives, and Chase never balked about inviting him to their wedding.

That being said, he may feel inclined to put his foot down now about future invitations, and that’s not going to sit well with Brook Lynn — who still treats Sonny like he hung the moon.

Can this couple squash this squabble and get to getting on with their lives as newlyweds? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to find out.
