General Hospital Spoilers: Brace Yourself For Unexpected Hits, Shocking Confrontations And Public Revelations!

General Hospital spoilers and updates for the week of Monday, April 28-Friday, May 2 tease unexpected hits, shocking confrontations and public revelations! Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) gets an unexpected hit, the Davis family’s embroiled in a shocking confrontation and Drew Cain’s (Cameron Mathison) blindsided by a public revelation!

Unexpected Hits!

At the Los Angeles hospital where Sonny successfully underwent open heart surgery, complications arise as trouble continues to brew! Brick (Stephen A. Smith) informs Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that ‘we have a bit of a situation.’

In Friday’s episode, after leaving Sonny’s recovery room, a rogue nurse stealthily injected his IV line with a syringe.

Sonny awoke to confront his assailant, suggesting someone was attempting to mimic Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) with a lethal dose of digitalis! Did Brick or his security team intervene in time; Carly will soon enter the room, witness something alarming, and gasp, ‘Oh my God!’

Shocking Confrontations

Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) inadvertently came across the judicial commitment documents that Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) had yet to sign. A mix-up occurred in Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) hospital room involving the large open purses that Molly and Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy) used as briefcases.

Upon discovering the order, Molly rushed to Carly’s house to show it to Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi), who was babysitting.

They decided to confront their mother, leading Kristina to accuse Alexis, exclaiming, ‘You do this behind my back!’ Alexis admitted to the situation, clarifying that she hadn’t signed the papers, and responded to Kristina, ‘Because you left me no choice!’

Kai Takes A Risk, Trina’s Upset

Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) chose to undergo an experimental surgical procedure known for its inconsistent outcomes, despite being cautioned against it. As he lies in the hospital preparing for surgery, Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) stays by his side.

The decision he made is fraught with danger, yet the prospect of returning to football outweighs his concerns, even after hearing about a patient who lost their life.

Trina appears worried and somewhat frustrated as a nurse’s voice announces, ‘It’s time.’ While Kai holds onto hope, Trina’s anger is palpable.

It’ll Be A Memorable Night, All Right!

Before a highly anticipated event (not the Nurses’ Ball, which is scheduled for May 20th!), Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) has opted to pay the sum demanded by Jacinta (Paige Herschell) to entice Drew.

Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is aware of the scheme, having obtained a tiny vial containing a substance that will incapacitate the corrupt congressman, and Jacinta is gripping it tightly.

Nina expresses her desire for Drew to experience a night that he will remember forever, along with the entire community of Port Charles!

Public Revelations!

Drew’s exposé kicks off with Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) appearing stunned, while Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) looks both shocked and horrified.

The atmosphere is tense, yet Curtis is suited up, and Josslyn is dressed suitably for the occasion. A crowd has gathered, and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) is in the thick of it, equally taken aback as she records the scene on her phone!

Just then, Willow Corinthos (Katelyn McMullen) makes her entrance, visibly furious, as Drew’s voice rises in a shout. He seems just as taken aback by his actions as the rest of the crowd, exclaiming, ‘OH MY GOD’!
