General Hospital spoilers tease that Ava Jerome (Maura West) seems quite sure of herself these days despite a warning from her ex-husband, Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss).
While visiting Nikolas in prison, Ava revealed that she discovered that Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Bernard) bipolar medication had been tampered with.
When Ava suspected something was amiss, she had his pills tested which revealed that Sonny was only receiving about a quarter of his prescribed amount. But rather than warn Sonny, Ava has decided to keep this information to herself.

Sonny has become increasingly erratic ever since his meds were altered, and he’s become increasingly paranoid. The only person he believes he can count on at the moment is Ava.
Ava enjoys co-parenting and living in Sonny’s penthouse without looking over her shoulder all the time. She has kept quiet about Sonny’s medication because he might see her behavior more clearly.
But as Nikolas pointed out, Ava is playing with fire. Ava has a history of medication tampering herself and that indirectly led to the death of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig).

Ava is so confident right now, she likely not given thought to what could happen once Sonny discovers that his medication was altered.
Ava didn’t alter the medication herself, but given her past she will likely be blamed once the truth comes out. And even if she can prove it wasn’t her, the fact is that she knows about it and kept quiet is almost as bad.
At the very least, Sonny would take full custody of their daughter, Avery Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola). At worst Sonny could want Ava eliminated permanently.

Ava would never allow Sonny to keep Avery from her, so she might have to plan a quick escape from Port Charles. Of course, she would take Avery with her which means Sonny would move heaven and earth to find them.
Sonny has considerable resources at his disposal, so Ava will have to be very careful. But Ava can’t stay on the run forever and will eventually have to face the music, just as Nikolas predicted.

I difently see Ava getting framed , just brennan was set up, and it would probably be Kristina who finds that Ava knew all along about Sonny’s meds being tampered with.
Ava is all out for herself..but she's going to slip up..right now she playing on sonny's mine..with Avery..she's going to mess up soon...
