General Hospital spoilers indicate that Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison) who is Molly Lansing Davis’s (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford’s surrogate, just informed them that she had lost their baby.

Of course, Molly and TJ are devastated but what if Andrea is lying to get more money? Is Andrea trying to scam Molly and TJ?

Molly Lansing-Davis And TJ Ashford Desperately Want A Child

General Hospital Spoilers reveal that Molly and TJ desperately want a baby, however, they chose to use a surrogate that wasn’t related to them. Of course, Andrea promised to keep TJ and Molly informed about her health and include them in her appointments.

However, they obviously had no idea that Andrea was experiencing any issues.

Molly and TJ thought for sure they would have this baby and even told everyone in their family about it already. Of course, Molly and TJ told everyone too soon, most people wait until after the first trimester to announce a pregnancy, but they were too eager to wait.

What if Andrea is lying to Molly and TJ about losing their child and is holding out for more money?

Since Andrea was listed with a surrogate agency, other people could have also approached her about having their baby. Of course, surrogates get compensated for having a child for a couple.

Andrea already pointed out that she needed the money for herself and her child. Perhaps someone has gotten her attention with a better offer.

Andrea seemed to be on the up and up but that may not be the case. Molly and TJ were very eager to get this process going and may have overlooked some obvious issues.

Could Andrea be a con artist who may have done this before? Is Andrea using this baby to milk more money out of TJ and Molly than she is already getting?

General Hospital Spoilers: Did Andrea Gates Truly Lose This Baby?

Andrea may have truly lost the baby and feels remorse for that. However, this could simply be the writer’s way of allowing Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) to be Molly’s surrogate.

After all, Kristina offered to carry their child from the beginning but they didn’t want her involved. If Andrea truly lost the baby, she could not get pregnant again right away.

Now that Andrea cannot carry the baby for them, TJ and Molly are going to need someone else to carry the baby and they may even realize that Kristina isn’t such a bad idea after all.

Will this open up the door for Kristina to carry the baby? Will Andrea suddenly appear and still be pregnant demanding more money after all?
