General Hospital Spoilers – Three Babies, Two Mothers, And One Father
General Hospital fans suspected from day one that Ava Jerome (Maura West) may have raised Nina Reeves’s (Cynthia Watros) daughter with Silas Clay (ex-Michael Easton). Could Kiki Jerome (ex-Hayley Erin) have been Willow’s real twin? Madeline wanted no ties to her daughter’s children. However, she was also a cruel woman. Could Madeline have done a bit more switching when she got rid of Nina’s babies? Ava was pregnant with Silas’ child around the same time as Nina. Silas admitted to having an affair with Ava years ago. Could Madeline have wanted to keep an eye on at least one of the twins and placed her with Ava without her knowing it? After all, Madeline managed to keep the existence of a twin from Phyllis Caulfield (Joyce Guy). The exact birthdate of these three girls has never been discussed. Could Madeline have paid someone to steal Ava’s child and switch her for one of Nina’s?
General Hospital Updates – Silas Clay Was Oblivious To The Children
General Hospital’s Silas had no idea that he had one child, let alone three children. Ava’s daughter could have easily been switched at birth by one of Madeline’s minions. Could Kiki have been Nina’s daughter instead of Nelle? Perhaps Willow was Ava’s daughter instead of Kiki. It would not be anything strange for Madeline to want Ava to lose her daughter as well. After all, Ava was having an affair with Silas. Madeline wanted no traces of Nina’s children around. How did she know she could trust Harmony not to come after her for money? Giving Harmony Ava’s child would prevent that if a DNA test was ever done.
Could Carly Corinthos Change The Test Results?
Another scenario could be that Carly changes Willow’s test results to make her Ava’s child instead of Nina’s. After all, didn’t Nina keep Sonny away from his family for months? Didn’t Nina sleep with Sonny knowing he was married to Carly? Is Nina not trying to get her hands on Carly’s grandson? Carly is the master manipulator when it comes to paternity issues. After all, Michael had three fathers before the right one actually laid claim to him. Could anyone put it past Carly to get revenge on Nina while keeping her promise to Harmony?
Nina and Willow don’t even like each other let alone want to be mother and daughter. Could Carly justify changing a DNA test to save Willow the heartache of being Nina’s child?

If I was Willow I would rather be related to ANYONE but Nutty Nina. I love that Kiki and Willow could be sisters, maybe they are both Ava's children and Nasty Nelle is truly the ONLY Daughter Nutty Nina will ever have.
I knew they were going to make Kiki Nina's daughter back when she was on the show.
But, when she abruptly left the show they had to change stories, so this makes sense.

Well Sonny now you can really get rid of delusionalNina and focus on getting your family back. And your Son Micheal. Plus Ava will get along with Carly since all the children live at the manison.
