General Hospital (GH) spoilers claim Ava Jerome (Maura West) is a formidable force to reckon with. Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) has certainly learned that, but she didn’t take kindly to him implying that she’s the reason he’s in this mess to begin with. He could’ve reported her, but he didn’t. Now she seems to be using that against him as some sort of evidence that he welcomed all of this drama. Regardless of who is to blame, Austin and Ava are in this together. Fans were hoping that some chemistry might spark him – we’ve missed that since Austin was Franco Baldwin. It looks like just the opposite is in store for Ava and Austin, long-term. But don’t fret, and don’t forget how much Ava adores blurring the line between love and hate.
General Hospital Spoilers — Austin Gatlin Holt Made His Move
Austin may have kidnapped Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola) and given Ava the scare of her life, but he needed it to look realistic. He needed her to actually call on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and get his cage rattled. Now, they are in a better position to approach Sonny about replacing Pilar Rodriguez (Brenda Barberena). That’s still not going to be an easy feat. Regardless, Austin used the heated moment of tension between himself and Ava to plant one right on her lips. One thing led to another, and well, you get the picture.
General Hospital Updates – Ava Jerome Pushes Austin Gatlin Holt Away
Ava immediately pushed Austin away from her lips, right before returning his affection. But that only led to a short stint in the bedroom before Ava was collecting Austin’s undergarments from the sconce on the wall and pushing him out the door. That won’t be the last time she does this, purportedly. Ava is going to be distancing herself from Austin now, despite how much he’ll keep pressing on that they’re in this together — and that with her is where he wants to be. Does she really think she can just walk away from this drama with Austin and Mason Gatlin (Nathanyael Grey)? She’s got another thing coming if she does.
It Won’t Be That Easy
Mason isn’t going to settle for Ava’s backhand. Neither is Austin. The good doctor will keep coming around and entering Ava’s headspace until she caves. Fans are still speculating whether Austin is actually on Ava’s side, or if he is the puppet master pulling all of Mason’s strings. What do you think?
