Dr. Kevin Collins Exiting?
General Hospital spoilers remind fans that Jon Lindstrom, who plays Dr. Kevin Collins, is currently a pivotal player in another soap opera, Beyond the Gates. Lindstrom has stepped into the role of casino owner Joey Armstrong, who is very different from GH’s Kevin.
With that said, fans can’t help but feel as if this latest GH run could be Lindstrom’s last, for a while. During the week of January 5-9, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) and Kevin will talk about protecting Ace Cassadine (Karis & Kieran Barry) at all costs.
With Kevin getting that offer to teach in Dublin, there’s a good chance he and Ace may head there to stay safe from the threat that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) brings, this week.
Valentin Cassadine’s Last Leg
General Hospital’s spoilers reveal that Valentin Cassadine will continue to be seen during the week of January 5-9; however, is he living on borrowed time, as well? During a recent 2026 preview interview with TV Insider, General Hospital’s co-head writers, Chris Van Etten and Elizabeth Korte, seemingly hinted that Valentin’s days were numbered.
They stated, Valentin’s connection with Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) could be, “the death of him.” Could Valentin’s exit unravel this coming week?
Finally, GH fans will see more of Jacinda Bracken, played by Paige Herschell. She and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) have undeniable chemistry; however, fans also know that they share an insubstantial alibi for the night Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) got shot.
As Willow Tait Cain’s (Katelyn MacMullen) trial will heat up this week, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) will advise Jacinda to leave town. Will Jacinda follow suit?
