General Hospital (GH) spoilers hint at some bombshells in Port Charles during the week of August 4-8, as well as a flurry of casting news! Find out who’s ‘coming’ and who’s ‘going’ from the ABC soap over the next five days and beyond, below.
Chris McKenna On Contract
Some good news for fans of Jack Brennan and Chris McKenna. According to a report from Soap Central, the actor recently revealed he was bumped from recurring status to contract, officially as of Monday, August 4. This means that McKenna and Brennan will remain a permanent fixture on the ABC soap (for now).
New Character Alert!
A new character debuted on General Hospital this week, and fans are not sure what to think of him. During the Friday, August 1 episode, “Pascal” entered the equation at the Five Poppies resort, and it’s hard to tell if he’s a “good guy” or a baddie.
Pascal is being played by actor Mark Forget and had scenes opposite Dr. Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud), as she attempted to enjoy a nice night away from the resort, while he tried to stop her.
In addition, as Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) was placing a reservation over the phone, he heard Pascal fighting with Britt, as she stormed in during his call. What happens next? Fans will have to tune in the week of August 4-8 to find out!
PC Teen Scene
Speaking of Jason, his son, Danny Morgan, played by Asher Antonyzyn, will also have more airtime this week as he continues his summer job at the Metro Court pool.
In addition, Rocco Falconeri, played by Finn Carr, will be at his job post by Danny’s side. During the Wednesday, August 6 episode, the two will share scenes as Danny gives his brother and best friend some advice.
Rocco is struggling, as he recently learned that Britt was the one who carried him and took care of him as a baby, not his mom, Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins).
Danny will likely offer support and a shoulder to lean on. These two have an incredible bond.
